Mr Hayes, the Naval Officer at Gibraltar reports the new mole and breakwater is in very bad condition and is in need of immediate repair and proposes large rock stones should be brought by a punt and a quantity of Tarrass to cement them. Opine the works should be done at the expense of the Officers of the Ordnance
