Nature of request
The burgesses request remedy as they were granted the same liberties, laws and customs as the citizens of London by the king's progenitors, and they sell with them in London, but despite a confirmation by the king and orders to the mayor and sheriffs of London, they still disturb them in the enjoyment of their liberties.
Nature of endorsement
They should sue the process, and after the attachment before the king, and there they should have right.
