Griffith ap Rees requests that a way is ordained by which he is not disinherited as the advowson of the church of Llanrhystud descended to him with the other heirs of Howel ap Griffutz who died in the king's service at the bridge of Anglesey, but by error the advowson has been granted to the bishop of St David's predecessor with other forfeited advowsons in Cardiganshire, though the advowson is not forfeit.
