This petition is in four parts. The Prior and convent of Witham in Selwood, the Prior and convent of Hinton, the Prior and convent of Sheen, and the Priors and convents of the Charterhouse of London, of Mount Grace, of St Michael beside Hull and of Hinton, together, all six of which houses are of the Carthusian order, make requests for exemption from the current act of resumption.
