The Dean and canons of the chapel of St Stephen, Westminster, ask that the current act of resumption might not be prejudicial them, in accordance with the tenor of the schedule attached to this petition.
Nature of endorsement
[On dorse of SC 8/150/7498A] The King, by the advice of the lords spiritual and temporal, agrees to this proviso according to its content, provided always that his grant made to the said Dean and canons of the wages of 6d. per day for the keeping of the said clock is not to be included in the proviso.
