Nature of request
Richard Tuchet states that he previously petitioned parliament for 103s. 6d. which William Tuchet granted him to receive for term of life from his manor of Burreth, and an inquisition was held into this as a result of this petition and returned in Chancery. Richard asks that the inquisition and process might be examined, and justice done to him.
Nature of endorsement
The inquisition returned in Chancery is to be examined. And if it is such as the petition claims, the keeper of the manor is to be ordered to pay Richard the arrears of the rent contained in the petition, from the time when the manor came into the King's hand, and that rent in future for as long etc.

CCR 1323-7 p.64 is dated 8 March 1324, and is clearly in response to this petition.The commission for CIM 1307-49 no.564 is dated 2 December 16 Edward II (1322).
