- Richard Tuchet states that he previously petitioned parliament for 103s. 6d. which William Tuchet granted him to receive for term of life from his manor of Burreth, and an inquisition was held into this as a result of this petition and returned in Chancery. Richard asks that the inquisition and process might be examined, and justice done to him.
- Nature of endorsement
- The inquisition returned in Chancery is to be examined. And if it is such as the petition claims, the keeper of the manor is to be ordered to pay Richard the arrears of the rent contained in the petition, from the time when the manor came into the King's hand, and that rent in future for as long etc.
