Nature of request

Guilhem-Santz, lord of Pommiers, makes requests:1) He asks that the Constable of Bordeaux be ordered to pay him the money owed to him and to his father for wages and loss of horses during the war, or, if this cannot be paid in full, to make him an assignment in the goods of rebels.2) He requests Sauveterre and in Blasimon in compensation for his losses in the war, as soon as they come into the King's hand, or, if the King is not advised to grant them, £100 sterling from their issues.Elias de Pommiers makes three requests:1) He requests a benefice in England, in recompense for his lost position as canon of Bazas and his other losses.2) He is of the King's council in Gascony and retained by the Seneschal with a fee of £100 of Bordeaux annually: he asks that this might be confirmed and his fee doubled, until he has been provided with a benefice in England.3) He requests the herbage and gidonage of the Landes.
