- The Mayor and people of Melcombe Regis request the suspension of the payment of their fee farm for a certain period of time, exemption from all subsidies and other charges, the pardon of all outstanding arrears, and a grant of murage upon the goods and merchandise of people coming to the town. They state that the town has been burnt and destroyed by the King's enemies, and that very few people remain.
