- Lucas requests remedy concerning his dispute with Warde over property in Norfolk. He states that they had agreed to arbitration, for which he had entered into a bond of £100. The record of this had, with other records, been entrusted to Luminour, but they have since been stolen, as a result of which Warde no longer wishes to hold by the covenants, to the great damage of Lucas.
