Description

Draft despatch from secretary of state to Dalling:

  • issue of correspondence regarding Dalling's departure from government - secretary of state sent despatches to Campbell, presumed Dalling had left island;
  • insists Dalling departs from office and hands over to Campbell, particularly in light of threatened enemy attack in winter.
