Description

Draft despatch from secretary of state (no.5) to Campbell:

  • distribution of parliamentary donation following recent hurricane;
  • provision of allowance for Major Odell's Corps;
  • distinction made by Assembly between garrison of the island and troops sent there;
  • clothing and equipment for Provincial Corps in North America;
  • Dalling's proposed expedition to Curacao.
