Wade to Carteret: his conference with Arenberg, Prince Maurice [of Nassau] and Chanclos. New dispositions of the allied army along the Scheldt. He welcomes the news of reinforcements. The fall of Menin. After some argument, Tournai is to be reinforced by two Austrian, two Dutch and one British battalions. Count Saxe has withdrawn some detachments.
