Arrival at Lille of bakers and commissioners of victuals. From Namur, reports of mattresses for the hospital at Valenciennes. The king is expected at Cambrai. Dispositions and movements of various French units. From the French frontier, movements of French units. The French can put 200,000 men into Flanders.
