Copy letter from the Victualling Office. Receipt of letter about Captain Hamilton, Commodore of the Kinsale reporting that transports taking troops to Flanders are short of provisions. They were fully provisioned and a week's further supply has been sent to the Nore and more will go tomorrow. Have sent orders to Mr Rich, our Chatham Agent, who told us they needed water which was sent. Most Masters returned part of the water and some have refused half of that supplied from Chatham
