Description

D. Ryder for the Attorney General to the Board. Captain Richard Norris of the Kingston took the Spanish Privateer, Our Lady of Rosario, and then proceeded against her in the Vice Admiralty Court at Gibraltar. The court should have had signatures of the Officers of the Kingston and, in their absence, the oath of Captain Norris taken at Portsmouth is invalid
