Description

The Secretaries of the Admiralty. Archibald Crawford, Master of a transport carrying troops and stores to Jamaica, reports that due to a collision with the Dunkirk he could not proceed. After repairs he made for the Thames and arrived in December. According to his charter party the Admiralty stopped paying him then but he claims payment to the 10th January when the Admiralty stores were unloaded.
