Josiah Burchett. Sidenham Feast, contracted to build a 40-gun ship at Bristol to replace the Kinsale, asks to be relieved of the contract. He will return the imprest he was given and pay the costs of the surveyor, Mr Lounden. Recommend cancelling the contract and finding another merchant builder.
