Description

Holdernesse to Prince Ferdinand of Brunswick: since his dismissal, Lord George Sackville has not ceased to press the king to accord him a court martial, to which he has agreed. Holdernesse asks Ferdinand to send details of Sackville's unsatisfactory behaviour, especially on the day of Minden. Dated at Whitehall. ff. 8, 9
