Description

Reports death of a person called Jean Baptist Flandinet, a native and subject of France, who came to Grenada during the French possession, to claim the inheritance and succession of a deceased brother; Flandinet left no relative in Grenada and Lucas has been informed he left property to the amount of five or six thousand pounds 'this currency' and that he has a father in Termignon near Lyons in France; reports he is passing on this information so Secretary of State may have an opportunity of having it communicated to the French Ambassador.
