Description

Encloses a copy of a letter from Colonel Gordon, Chief Engineer, with an extract of his instructions from the Master General of the Ordnance, on the subject of contingencies incident to services to be defrayed out of the extraordinaries of the Army; transmits the Monthly Return of His Majesty's Forces on the Island of Grenada [not in item]; Transmits the Lists from the Naval Office of Grenada of all shipping entered inwards and cleared outwards for the quarter ending 30 September [not in item; abstract: 2 entered, 11 cleared].
