Transmits an authenticated copy of the Proceedings No. 1 in a suit instituted in the Court of Vice Admiralty of Grenada against the Brig Fanny belonging to Mr. Charles Morris, a merchant residing in Grenada, seized by Captain Wilfred Collingwood of His Majesty's Sloop the Rattler, and libelled by the Attorney General for not being owned, built and navigated as directed by the Act 12 Ch:2 [not in item]; transmits a copy of the claimant's petition.
