Lucas due to absence of General Mathew; acknowledges receipt of letter; Transmits the Monthly Return of His Majesty's Forces on the Island of Grenada for 1 June 1785 with the state of the Black Corps; reports the 60th Regiment has since been re-inforced by 27 newly enlisted men.
