Gives information concerning alien enemies and censorship. Explains that the only business belonging to a German had been closed. Asks if German Austrians, who owned two or three businesses, could be ordered off the island if necessary. Also asks if eight Transvaal Boers should be considered aliens. Explains the way in which telegraphs, packets, and letters are handled due to censorship.
