Note (Additional information about the record)
- Bartholomew Seman and Bartholomew Goldbeter are clearly the same man, evident from E 101/301/21. CPR 1429-36, pp.254-6 is dated 16 February 1433, and refers to trials made between 24 January 1424 and 3 August 1431, for which Goldbeter is specified as Master of the Mint. Presumably the petition dates from the intervening period.
