The burgesses request remedy and a relief of the great charge placed on them for their farm and of a fifteenth, as they have requested remedy in parliaments of Richard II and under the current king and have still had no remedy.
Nature of endorsement
[On face].Let them pray to the king.[On dorse].They should sue to the king, and he will do what seems right in this case.
