The Bishop of Durham requests a further writ to effect his rights in Barnard Castle, in the estates formerly of the earl of Warwick, his rights to forfeitures of war and royal rights of franchise having been discussed and confirmed in the first parliament of the present king, but a writ to Roger Mortimer as keeper of Barnard Castle having had no effect.
