Petition in three parts:1) grievances regarding the people coming to the forest many who have no right to do so, and also concerning corn passing along the river;2) grievances concerning the scarcity of corn and th purchase of the same from those passing down the river at the prices of Gloucester;3) request for a commission to inquire into the problem of corn being purchased from the merchants.
