- The petitioner seeks the revocation of orders from the seneschal of Gascony banishing Arun, Peter, Berun, Alexander and Geraldo from Bordeaux, Aquitaine and the kingdom of France. He states that they were unjustly tried for murder by a commission in the persons of Arun de Calazat and Arun Froziur and banished, which has caused ill-will and evil to increase throughout the duchy.
