- Robert le Crevecoeur (Creuquer) seeks the land of Maelor Saesneg with appurtenances, which King Edward (the king's grandfather) granted to Robert le Crevecoeur (Creuquer) the elder by his charter, with franchises and other appurtenances to have to Robert and his heirs forever in reward and recompense for other lands and tenements that Robert the elder gave to the King and Queen Eleanor, as more fully contained in the king's charter.
