- Bole requests remedy as Baldwin and others came by force and arms to his house and took his chattels that they found there away so that he is totally impoverished and dare not sue his right because of the alliance made between them 'for life and death'.

- Let it be ordered to the mayor and sheriffs of London that when they have heard the plea on the contents of the petition they should do justice. And if the cannot do this then Bereford, Staunton and Toutheby or two of them are to be assigned to hear and determine the trespass.
