William, Bishop of St Asaph, and the parsons with cure of souls of the diocese of St Asaph, state that they have been accustomed to have a tithe of the lead mines in the diocese until recently, when this has been withheld without reason. They ask the King to order the Justice and Chamberlain of Chester and his other ministers in those parts to have the ministers and keepers of the mines pay them their tithes as before.
