- The Dean and chapter of Lincoln state that Edward III granted £60 to Bartholomew de Burgherssh, to be received from the farm of the city of Lincoln, and also gave him permission to grant it to the Dean and chapter, to found chantries for Edward III, Queen Philippa, Edward, Prince of Wales and others. They request writs to the Bailiffs of Lincoln to pay this sum as they have done until now, and also confirmation of these grants and their estate in these £60.
