- Graunson requests that the king will ordain his final will on the matter of the jewels that the late king put in the keeping of the executors of the will of the king's uncle for certain reasons because nothing has been done on this, and the petitioner is greatly troubled by the execution of the testament and has been put to great cost because of it. He requests that the execution be able to be performed, because, without delivery it is not able to be done.
