- The bishop requests that his tenants rather than paying an aid demanded by the king, ought to be left in peace. The king demanded a fifteenth of the goods of the commonalty of North Wales which was granted, and although such a grant should not extend to the bishop's liberty and the people of the bishop's liberty did not assent to this nor were called, Dynietone has come and distrained the tenants to pay.
