Description

Reports very unsatisfactory state of affairs in Grenada; two public officers have fled, after defrauding the public [Mr. W. Le Grenade Mitchell and Mr. James Robertson] and the House of Assembly continually gives trouble to the Lieutenant Governor and the principal officers of his Executive without much regard for constitutional control.
