Proposed conference of delegates concerning the subsidy to the West India and Panama Telegraph Company: reports that St Vincent, Grenada and St Lucia are willing to send delegates, and the matter is under consideration in Barbados. The conference is likely to be postponed, however, because of current quarantine restrictions. With printed copy of a letter from C W Earle, the company's chairman.
