Forwards first half-yearly report of the Poor Law Inspector covering the period July-December 1880. Includes a detailed report of the General Hospital, and briefer reports of the Leper Asylum, the Hospital for Contagious Diseases, the parochial asylums of St Michael, St Philip, St Peter (joint with St Lucy), St John, St George, St James, St Thomas, Christ Church and St Joseph with table of expenditure on outdoor relief, indoor relief and 'casual medical relief'. The report also includes sections on medical relief, local inspection, poor relief and central medical relief.
