Amherst to Holdernesse: [Lieutenant General] Hardenberg has concluded that the change of route was decided after Amherst left London. He has received and encloses and unsatisfactory answer to the treaty question from Mr Althaus [SP 87/27/28]. The landgrave has decided the troops should march for Willemstad on the 29th of the month. He has mustered all the infantry except Prince Charles's regiment. Dated at Cassel. ff. 39, 40
