Colonel I Durand to Holdernesse: his dealings with Mr Wolters in Rotterdam on the subject of pontoons. He has paid his respects to the princess of Orange, the prince stadholder and Princess Caroline. He dined with Prince Louis of Brunswick, who told him the pontoons should be made in England. He will continue his journey to Prince Ferdinand of Brunswick's headquarters the next day. Dated at The Hague. ff. 8, 9
