Forwards the complaint and appeal of Orville Cooper, a farmer and master mariner, concerning the boundaries of his land; encloses a copy of the deeds, a copy of 'An Act declaring the mode of ascertaining the bounds of lands in these islands, 1788', a note from Mrs E Astwood (with whom he felt he had the dispute), correspondence with the Colonial Secretary, and letters from Cooper, J H Trott, and the Attorney General.
