Description

Cumberland to Robinson, congratulating him on his part in the peace. He encloses a copy of Newcastle's dispatch of 18/29 October. The earl of Sussex and Lord Cathcart are in readiness to go to Paris as hostages. Dated at headquarters at Eindhoven. PS. that if he is obliged to, Robinson should proceed with the acceptance of the regulation. ff. 98, 99
