- Delaval requests that the treasurer and chancellor be commanded again to pay to him the arrears of rent due to him from several manors that he granted to Burnel for Delaval's life, and which are in the king's hand until Burnel's heir comes of age. The treasurer and chamberlain had been previously ordered to make payment but have done nothing, and as a Northumbrian knight all his holdings are burnt and destroyed.
