He further requests charters for the £50 of land. He adds that he has lost much after being captured taking messages to David de Bruys at the instigation of the earl of Ulster and the justice of Ireland.

- He should have letters patent of the £50 of land for his life if he has not already had them, and the justice of Ireland, chancellor and treasurer are ordered to give and assign to Jordan the £13 of land outstanding in Ireland for his life, and the king is to be certified of what land this is.
