- Weston requests a remedy as while he was with Mountagu in Scotland, Eydrop with another made a recognizance and statute merchant before the mayor of Oxford binding him in £20, and has falsely caused him to be imprisoned in Newgate though he does not know Eydrop or anything of this obligation and is within age.
