- Weston requests remedy and that he is able to have his lands and chattels and live in peace as the sheriff has seized them into the king's hand because he demanded a loan of £20 for the king's war, Weston already having paid the ninth. He and his family have nothing to live on, and cannot reside in the county because of the sheriff's menaces.

- A writ is to be sent to the sheriff that he should remove his hand from the lands if it be seized by this cause, and if by another cause he should certify this, and Weston should be left in peace.
