1) The petitioners request that they be granted quayage for a further seven years in aid of the town and all the country around.2) The burgesses request remedy as the bailiffs of Percy have seized their horses, carts and other beasts and will not give delivery of them if they will not quit Percy's villeins of the manor of Seamer of tolls for things they sell in the town when they have been seised of the tolls from time out of memory.1)
Nature of endorsement
They should have quayage for seven years according to the form of the grant in Chancery and the auditor of the account is to be Kirkeby.2) Concerning the second petition they should come into Chancery and they should have a writ.
