- Richier de Refham requests a writ under the privy seal to the Treasurer and Chamberlains of the Receipt, to give him payment for a debt the king owes him, or for the Treasurer and Barons of the Exchequer to give him an allowance against the debts he owes the king, and to pay him the remainder.

- Coram domino rege.The Treasurer and Barons of the Exchequer are to be ordered that, when they have seen the bills and searched the remembrances, if it is found that the King was answered and the said Richer not paid, they are to give him an allowance in the debts that he owes the king, and if they find nothing, they are further to do justice to him.
