Simon de Perpount complains about John de Loudham, Sheriff of Norfolk, who by colour of his office and without warrant had Simon seized in his manor of Wrentham by William Bretun and others, and imprisoned for four days, until he had made fine with both John and William. He requests a remedy.

He is to sue before those who are to be appointed to hear and determine the trespasses and oppressions etc. committed by sheriffs and other ministers etc.
