- 1) Descent of a tenement to Matilda, Clemence and Juliane, stating that it is held still against the peace and the king by Henry Reyner.2) John le Spicer gave a tenement to his 4 daughters, Henry Reyner married Katherine, Spicer's daughter but did not want his part of the tenement and was bought out by John le Spicer, Katherine's brother which he then gave to Clemence in full court.
