1) Descent of a tenement to Matilda, Clemence and Juliane, stating that it is held still against the peace and the king by Henry Reyner.2) John le Spicer gave a tenement to his 4 daughters, Henry Reyner married Katherine, Spicer's daughter but did not want his part of the tenement and was bought out by John le Spicer, Katherine's brother which he then gave to Clemence in full court.

The document is clearly part of SC 8/63/3150 and has been dated the same: On the guard to this petition the dates 1272-90 have been given, though no explanation is offered. However, a late thirteenth century date for this petition seems likely on the basis of the petition's general appearance and the style of writing employed to draft it.
